Artwork Size
12" × 16" to 36" × 48" including frame
- Artwork must be properly framed and exhibition-ready.
- Custom sizes may be considered with prior approval.
- Artwork images and details must be submitted as requested.
- The artist must ensure that the artwork is securely packed for transportation.
- Artwork must be delivered within the communicated submission schedule.

- Artists will be responsible for the safe delivery of their artwork to the designated location.
- Artwork must reach the exhibition venue within the communicated submission timeline.
- Artists will be responsible for collection/return arrangements after the exhibition unless otherwise communicated.
- Detailed delivery and collection instructions will be shared with confirmed participants.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Participation fees are applicable towards exhibition registration and organisational arrangements.
Once participation has been officially confirmed, the participation fee will generally be non-refundable, except where Art CLUB Gallery India specifically announces otherwise.
In case the exhibition is cancelled or substantially rescheduled by the organiser, applicable arrangements will be communicated to registered participants.

ARTWORK & PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
- Artwork must be original and created by the participating artist.
- Copyright and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist.
- Artists must provide accurate information during registration.
- Submission of copied, unauthorised or misleading artwork may result in cancellation of participation.
- Art CLUB Gallery India reserves the right to decline artwork that does not meet the exhibition guidelines.
- Exhibition photographs and videos may be used for documentation and promotional purposes.
- Final exhibition arrangements and guidelines will be communicated to confirmed participants.
